The murder trial of Tupac Shakur, originally scheduled to commence next month, has been delayed to 2026 following the emergence of new evidence suggested by attorneys representing the suspect, Duane “Keffe D” Davis. The defense claims that they may be able to demonstrate that someone else orchestrated the killing, and they need to interview additional witnesses and expand their investigation. He has maintained his innocence, although prosecutors have alleged his involvement in orchestrating the murder. (Rolling Stone)
